Strawberry Eat-On Mess Cake

 

The kind of cake that makes it feel like summer's arrived.
Inspired by the classic English dessert, layers of vanilla sponge are filled with strawberry buttercream, handmade strawberry jam, a white chocolate custard ganache and a crumble of digestive running through each layer. On top: meringue kisses, freeze-dried strawberry pieces, white chocolate crispearls and a swirl of strawberry. All the components of a proper Eton Mess, built into a cake that looks as good as it tastes.
Available in 6" and 8". Handmade in our London bakery and delivered anywhere in the UK.
