The Biskie is our signature creation, part biscuit, part cake, entirely its own thing. Each one has a crisp, golden shell sandwiched around a filling that's been built to make the most of every bite. 

Strawberries & Cream Biskie
Vanilla biskie filled with strawberry and vanilla buttercream and a handmade strawberry jam core. Finished with a chocolate drizzle, freeze-dried strawberry pieces and little clouds of meringue. Fruity, creamy and completely delish
Blueberry Cheesecake Biskie
Vanilla biskie with a tangy blueberry vanilla cheesecake filling and a layer of handmade blueberry jam. White chocolate drizzle, freeze-dried blueberry pieces and crunchy white chocolate pearls on top. It tastes exactly like a cheesecake decided to reinvent itself.
Salted Caramel S'more Brownie Biskie
Vanilla biskie with salted caramel buttercream and a proper drizzle of our salted caramel sauce. Topped with white chocolate, salted caramel fudge pieces and butterscotch chips. Salty, sweet, and very hard to eat just one of.
Brownie Caramel Biskie
Chocolate biskie filled with smooth chocolate buttercream. Dark chocolate drizzle, brownie pieces and fudge caramel cubes on top. This one's for the person in the group who always says they don't need dessert and then finishes two.
