Can I choose a specific delivery date?

Absolutely. During the checkout process, you can select your preferred delivery date from our calendar. We recommend choosing a date 24 hours before your event to account for any courier delays.

How should I store my Cutter & Squidge treats?

Most of our products are best stored in the fridge but should be enjoyed at room temperature. Specific storage instructions are included in every box to ensure you get the best flavor experience.

Do you include a receipt or invoice in the box?

Since many of our orders are gifts, we never include paper invoices or price information inside the packaging. You will receive your receipt via email only.

What is your policy on returns and refunds?
